Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all 50 states & internationally. Orders in the U.S. are eligible for free shipping on purchases of $50 or more.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is dependant on where you are located. We use USPS as our primary shipping carrier and ship ground unless otherwise selected. We ship from Illinois.

We process and ship orders Saturday to Tuesday.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number once your item ships. You can also log into your account on our website to check the status of your order and shipping.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return:

    Dog Bandanas: Must be in their original condition, with the tag included in the return package.
    All other items: Must be unused, unworn, and have their original tags still attached.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • If you purchased from us at a market, market sales are FINAL SALE.

How to Return

  1. Email us at creationsbykalamae@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send the item(s).
  3. Returns must be mailed at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

Refunds and Store Credit

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. No cash or credit card refunds will be provided.

How long does it take to process my return?

Your return will be processed within 5 business days and you will be contacted in that time frame.
