Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping with Creations by Kalamae! Below you'll find the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.
Shipment processing time
In general, we ship and process orders Saturday to Tuesday (no shipping on Sunday). This timeline is subject to change based on demand and time-of-year. Additionally, items that are made available on a preorder basis are subject to the shipping times found within the item's listing page. Orders are not shipped or processed on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days – we will do our best to communicate when delays are expected and greatly appreciate your patience.
Delivery times & shipping rates
We ship all orders with USPS services – these delivery times can range anywhere from 1-10 business days, with most orders being delivered within 3-5 business days. Delivery estimates and shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note: the date ranges are estimates, and delivery delays can occasionally occur. Unfortunately, these delays are out of our hands, and we appreciate your patience if you experience a delayed shipment.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) if applicable. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
KynYouBelieveIt is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Missing, Mis-delivered, and Stolen Packages
As a general rule of thumb, packages are almost never lost and almost always just delayed. That said, if you believe your shipment has been lost, stolen, or mis-delivered, please contact us at info@creationsbykalamae.com. We will do everything in our power to make it right – either through a refund or reshipment.The timeline to report missing and misdelivered packages is 60 days from the date of shipment. If more than 60 days have passed since your order shipped, please note that remedy options will be on a case-by-case basis, with refunds no longer being available.
Damages
If your item is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us at info@creationsbykalamae.com with information about your order and pictures of the damaged goods (if applicable). We will do everything in our power to make it right – either through a refund or reshipment.
