Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
Dog Bandanas: Must be in their original condition, with the tag included in the return package. All other items: Must be unused, unworn, and have their original tags still attached.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
If you purchased from us at a market, market sales are FINAL SALE.
How to Return
Email us at creationsbykalamae@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send the item(s).
Returns must be mailed at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
Refunds and Store Credit
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. No cash or credit card refunds will be provided.
